Threaded hollow steel ball with nut is stamped press two steel hemispheres at first. full welding the Metric nut or Unified nut on one hemisphere inner side. welding together two hemisphere. finally grinding off the welds and mirror polishing. the threaded connection is more secure than the method which tapping directly on the thin wall thickness hollow steel balls. and it can be loosening and tightening the nut more than 1,000 times. it features high performance for furniture decoration and floating steel balls.
