Assembling
The metal world globe sculpture is assembled with three steps.
1:the first step is the bending the spherical steel tube frame.
2:the second step is laser cutting the precise stainless steel world map continent. then bending the world map sheet to spherical.
3:the final step is assembling the world map with tube frame.
Surface finish can be done with mirror polishing, Brushed(satin), Sandblasting, Electroplating titanium color and spray painting.

Size Range:∅400MM to ∅3500MM(∅16inch-∅11½ ft))
Covered Steel world map thickness :1mm to 6mm (20GA to 3GA)
Frame tube diameter is variate with the globe size changes.normally we’re bending with ∅19mm(¾”),∅25mm (1″),∅38mm(1½”),∅51mm(2″).
sandblasting the world map with country name and national boundary line is available on customization service.
