The brass half balls is shape H62 brass sheet by deforming it with a mould. then trimming stamped edge. finally mirror polishing the brass half balls.

Thickness:1mm to 6MM(20GA to 3GA)
Finish is available with inner or outer mirror polished and Raw finish
Welded Metric and Unified Nut for fixing on ceiling.
Standard stamping press hole mould available: ∅19mm, ∅25mm, ∅32mm, ∅38mm, ∅50mm.etc, Any size hole drilled available.
