Carbon Steel Hollow Ball Production Method
Spinning
The Spun carbon steel hollow ball is made of carbon (mild) steel sheet by spinning it with a standard mould. then welding together two carbon steel hemispheres with a 45° welding groove. Basically there’s only one welding seams on the middle of steel balls.
Thickness:2mm up to 16mm(14GA to ⅝inch)
Size Range:∅89mm to ∅3500mm(∅3½inch to ∅11½ft).
Finish:Raw finish,Sandblasted.spray painting color.
